There’s a £250 security deposit payable on accepting the plot and after the terms and conditions have been given. Then when the agreed move-in date has been established the remainder of the months payment upfront and 1st monthly after that. There are no on-going costs aside from the agreed monthly rent.
No these (when available) can be rented separately for a low price with the option to buy for use on the plot.
Assuming this is the only plot your business rents so you own or rent no other there will be no business rates at all to pay.
There are 2 sets of gates to get in to your site, the main site entrance ones and your own (where you can use your own padlock), CCTV covers all communal areas so main entry and exit routes which is remotely live viewed and recorded with a 3 month history log. Along with other security measures we will discuss with you.
Sales and B8 storage and distribution have been granted for planning permission purposes on the site as a whole so this is not an issue, any other intended use with low impact and noise should not be an issue which you can confirm after talking to the local planning authority. Scrap and salvage dealing of any type is not permitted, neither are touring or static caravans unless they are advertised for sale as part of a sales business.
All plots have inlaid power, water, there’s fixed line telephone and broadband available (from BT for example) or wi-fi only can be utilised from us as a saving when compared to your own dedicated line.

There is space at the gates for a 1m wide x 0.3m high sign of your choice, and we provide a large letterbox next to it for your post. You can put a sign up next to your gates and / or your office if you have one.
All plots are more than big enough for HGV access, plots 1 & 2 are a bit more difficult to swing in to with an artic with reversing in to the them the best way for them. Plots 4 & 5 been the largest are perfectly suitable to be driven in to and can be turned around within.
